Brian Petitt Succeeds Homer Petitt, Jr. as President of Dynamic Technology Systems, Incorporated

Dynamic Technology Systems, Inc. announced today that Brian K. Petitt has been appointed by the DTS Board of Directors to the position of President & Chief Operating Officer.

"Brian has provided DTS with invaluable technical knowledge and management competence that have contributed significantly to the growth and diversification of the Company," said Homer Petitt, Jr., Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of DTS. "We all extend our sincere appreciation for Brian’s past service to the Company, and look forward to his experience and leadership as we expand our business opportunities and develop new technologies to support emerging 21st Century needs," Mr. Petitt, Jr. said.

Petitt, who has over 23 years of experience in the information technology field, began his career in 1979 at Unified Industries, Inc. and held positions of increasing responsibility leading to 1986, when he became one of the founders of Dynamic Technology Systems, Inc. Since that time, he has held various leadership positions within the Company until most recently, when he was Executive Vice President.

Petitt holds a BA Degree in Business Administration in Management from Marymount University, as well as several other certificates and degrees in management, and computer operations and programming.
